Forms
If you can please fill the forms below
– consultation form
– consent form
and bring them with you or please arrive 10 min earlier before your first appointment.
Timing
Please come promptly for your appointment unless you need to fill the forms.
Depending on the need and mutual agreement, your treatment will either include one approach, say acupuncture or cupping or a mix. In general, I use acupuncture with the elements of Tuina.
Chronic and difficult cases may need more time. Please note that the initial consultation lasts longer (up to 1h30min).
Cancellation fee
Please be aware that appointments cancelled with less than 24h notice will be charged at £20.
Appointments missed without cancellation are to be paid in full.
What to wear
Acupuncture
Please come in soft, loose, simple clothing as it will be easy to access the skin for needling legs and arms. If other parts of the body will be required to be needled then you will be asked to take off your top or trousers / skirt.
Tuina
Please come in soft, loose, simple clothing as otherwise the applied techniques may loose their practicability, while assisted stretching may become impossible.
Please wear no jeans, no skirt and no dress.
The Tuina medicinal massage and singing bowl massage is applied through clothing, when you either lie down on a massage table or are seated, depending on the condition. You will be covered with a cotton sheet which facilitates the smoothness of the techniques used. Occasionally, a special ointment can be rubbed into the skin to help with deep muscle work, or a massage oil may be rubbed into the neck, hands or feet.
Cupping and gua sha
They are applied to the bare skin so it is necessary to remove some of your clothes, e.g. a top. Please be also aware that cupping may leave some bruising that will disappear usually within a week time. Gua sha leaves bruising, so please be aware of that too.

I AM HERE TO HELP YOU -

- awaken your Inner Power
so that
you can embrace your Potential.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture eases pain and treats various physical, mental and emotional conditions. It works by adjusting the nervous system, improving blood flow, stimulating stem cell release to injury sites, and helping body systems to become active.
Facial rejuvenation
Facial rejuvenation involves face acupuncture and massage. It can reduce wrinkles, eliminate fine lines, lift sagging skin and improve skin colour and texture.
HERBAL MEDICINE
Herbal medicine offers a safe and effective therapy to awaken the body’s natural processes and encourage healing. Herbs correct imbalances between organs: address both deficiencies and excesses and facilitate well-being.
TUINA MEDICAL Massage
Tuina softens tense muscles, mobilises joints and tendons, and gets the blood and lymph moving. It works on the nervous system and improves the functioning of the internal organs.
Cupping
Cupping improves circulation, eases pain and inflammation, and achieves relaxation. It works as a deep-tissue massage which is often beneficial for various injuries.
Gua sha
Gua sha healing massage can lead to an immediate relief from pain, stiffness or cough. It works well both for acute and chronic organ disorders.
SOUND THERAPY
Singing bowls make sound that gives a feeling of harmony, relaxation and joy. This is effective for people with an active lifestyle, resigned, depressed, or stressed-out.
